District 11 Board of Education “Meet and Greet”
Monday, August 30th, 2010Wednesday, September 1st, the Board of Education is having a “Meet and Greet” in the District Board Room. It will last about an hour, 6 pm to 7pm, with refreshments. This is a real opportunity to meet your Board members in a totally informal, social environment. As Director Tanner says, “We don’t bite”!
STAR Academy’s Community is encouraged to attend, all or even part of the time, to meet and share ideas and views on your choice of subjects. This meet and greet is the kick-off to several Community Meetings being held at various district school locations starting on 5 October (More on the scheduling and locations will be published in the near future).
