Chinese Mandarine (2nd-8th)

We are currently holding Chinese Mandarin after school program at Star Academy!

It is on every Wednesday from 3:30-4:15 in the Art room at our Airport Campus, and it is free of charge.

This is an exciting opportunity for your children to learn the language of Mandarin Chinese and to explore dynamic Chinese culture!

We’ve noticed that as the second largest economy in the world, China has become one of the great powers globally. Giving your child the opportunity to learn to speak Mandarin Chinese and to explore dynamic Chinese culture will help your child be better prepared with the global world and be competitive in future career market.

Why would your child want to learn Chinese language and culture?

Mandarin Chinese is the fastest growing foreign language taught in U.S. schools. Children develop broadened world view in the study of a second language. Children also develop more confidence and most importantly, it is FUN to speak a foreign language and to get to know how people live, think and what people value in another country.

Currently, we have 25 students in the class and we have a waiting list going for the program.
